I'm surprised to see "Boone" not included on your list. Does anyone know the etymology behind that name? I know some of my ancestors used "Boon" at one time. Not sure when the "E" was added, but it's been at least a few hundred years considering Daniel Boone had the "E" in his last name. ;-)
