I'm trying to research the history of my last name Burkic, the only thing that i find close to this is Burke, on other websites i found out that (ic) means son of, but i'm not sure if that can be correct. My ethinic background is Eastern European, specifically the Former yugoslav region. Can anyone help me out???.. Thanks.
