The Italian (and if I am not mistaken: Spanish) pronunciation:

Vee-KAH-Ryoh

Stress "I" to "EE." The "C" equals a hard "K." "A" as found in "Father." Roll your "R." The final three letters, "-Rio," are technically "Ree-Oh"-- but, when spoken, are transformed to "RYOH." [noted -ed]
