If it's a feminine name, it could be of Norse origin and incorporate the Old Norse dis, meaning "goddess" - as seen in Tordis, Vigdis etc (click on hyperlinks for more details). I haven't been able to verify that, though, and I don't know what the 'kie' element might mean.
