What do you think of the name
Marian? Too old? (Not that it'd bother me, mind, but it's good to know.) I glanced through a children's book on
Marian Anderson while I was working, and I realized that I really like the name. It's got good connotations for me--Marian
Anderson the awesome, of course, along with
Marian of The Music Man.
(I think the real reason I like it is because while it reminds me of the name
Lydia, since they have the same rhythm, I don't picture
Lydia Bennet or
Lydia the Tattooed Lady when I hear it, heh!)
Any ideas for nice combos? I'm sort of liking
Marian Rae (though I like
Philomena Rae more still) and
Marian Tertia right now. (Both
Rae and Tertia are familial.) Nothing in particular is jumping out at me right now, though, so if you have any suggestions, that'd be cool.
