Help[Opinions] Kalyani
Pronounced Kali, like the goddess, ani. i suppose it could be spelled Kaliyani.
i heard it in a movie i recently watched. (The movie was "Water" and it was amazing!!) One of the main character's, a Hindi widow, was named Kalyani.
i was wondering if a non-Indian could get away with it? For example, i love some very ethinic sounding names, but never felt quite right about bestowing them on my blonde-haired, blue-eyed children. :)
