It feels a bit contrived to me. If I met a Zadekai, I'd wonder why his parents didn't give him a similar, 'real' name, like Zedekiah.
It's not that there's something really inherently wrong with Zadekai; it just feels like you're reinventing the wheel, like using Marai when Mariah's just as workable. Not the best example, mind, but that's what I'm feeling--an unnecessary retooling.
Zade on its own is certainly workable, if trendy.

Here in Sweden, Zedekiah isn't popular at all so I don't think anyone would ask why the boy didn't get that name :)
