I'd pronounce Jarah either way. I think that name is very interesting...in a good way.

JAIR-ah, like Jerry but with an -ah sound at the end instead of -ee. Looks made up to me, though it might be a legit name for all I know. JAH-rah, makes me think of jars and Jar-Jar Binks. :-/
