[Opinions] Shenandoah?
I had a friend with this name when I was little, and I really like the sound and meaning of it ('daughter of the stars'). Opinions please!

I think Shenandoah makes a reasonable name for a girl, but I would caution you that "daughter of the stars" is probably NOT the correct etymology. More reliable sources say the original meaning is unclear, but something like "spruce-lined stream" is the best guess. How would a phrase like "daughter of the stars" become the name of a river in the first place?
Shenandoah - it ias awful and very bad :-(( Is it name? I am hear not yet.
I think of Shenandoah Valley
...which on a girl, Shenandoah would remind me of her 'valley.' Childish I know, but true.

This is probably a guilty pleasure name. My grandmother knows her folk songs and sings them often. 'Shenandoah' is one of her favourites.
Oh, Shenandoah, I love your daughter, away, you rolling river!
For her I've crossed the stormy water, away, I'm bound away,
'cross the wide Missouri.
Beautiful. *sigh*
