Hello All!
How quickly does time go by? It only seems like yesterday Olivia and Verity were born!
We would love to welcome our two new additions, twin boys James Harrison and Adam Oliver. They were born on November 15th at 6.37pm and 6.43pm. They are lovely little boys and the kids just love them. We are pleasured to say that they are definately part of the family!
Liam is now six years old. He loves school and is excelling in maths. He has taken up drumming and is great at it! After doing his homework, he always does his drum practice! He misses his mum and dad a lot, so every month we try to see their grave (they were buried together) and put flowers there as a sign of respect. We are told that they were really nice people and we think it's considerate to respect them, even though they have passed away.
Olivia is now eight. She definately is different to Verity but they both are stunning, if I might say! She still has her blonde hair and the blue eyes like we thought she would. Olivia is always commented at the shops about her looks so we have now enrolled her with a modelling agency. We have also enrolled her into horse riding since she absolutely loves horses. She doesn't really have a strong subject at school, but performs in all of them equally. She could be better at school but at the moment a lot is going on .
Verity also gets commented on her looks a lot so we decided that it's best if she is enrolled in the modelling agency too. That is the only simularity between her and Olivia. Verity is a bit of a tomboy. She loves sport, and every week we take her to Soccer, Basketball, Swimming and Tennis lessons. Her school sports teacher says that she is amazing at sport and gave her an A+ on her report. Verity's brown hair did lighten and now it's a gorgeous blonde. She is extremely outgoing and has friends around a lot, just as we predicted.
Christian is still very quiet and although he has a few friends, he doesn't have many. He is becoming a great artist and he tells me that is what he wants to do when he's grown up. I don't think he has had his first crush yet, but Sophie is sure that he likes a girl in his class called Taylor-Grace. When Sophie says it, Christian gets very aggitated (s?) so I really don't know what's going on. He'll come around. You will be surprised to know that his blonde hair has gone kind of wavy so he looks quite handsome!
Sophie is still a waterbabyn and still a social butterfly. One thing has changed though. Sophie has a boyfriend! His name is Reese Craton. He is a darling and they are often seen together. I was a bit bothered when Soph asked me if she could go on their first date. I was going to say no, but then I realised that Sophie has her own mobile phone, goes on the bus by herself and babysits the other kids so I considered it. She gradually pulled my strings and I said that she could go. She had an amazing time and they have been together since then. Mind you, that was only three months ago and I have warned her of broken hearts. Sophie is always on IM so that suggests to me that she is (in her words) 'popular'. I don't really believe in the popularity stakes (as it was around when I was a girl), but she always tells me that she s top of the ladder. She will soon realise that popularity isn't everything and her schoolwork is the most important thing, but for now she will just have to learn. Sophie is still best friends with Reilly, they do everything together!
Donna is still doing gymnastics and has now represented the state in the country-wide gymnastics competition. She gets lots of credit for her gymnastics work. She is still best friends with Holly and I don't think that will ever change. Donna is still excelling in writing, and now has another talent in Chemistry. Donna also has a boyfriend, Wesley Murphy. He has the best manners you could ask for. She has already had a broken heart (she had a boyfriend when she was 13 who broke up with her), so she is aware of the signs. We hope that she makes the right decision with Wesley, although we are confident about them being alone.
And now we have some new news, we are moving house! We havn't told the kids yet but we will soon. They will be so excited because we are moving into a ten-room house (they have now made a special village in our town that homes big families) instead of the four room house we now live in. The sleeping arrangements at the moment are: Alex and I, Donna and Sophie, Christian, Olivia, Verity and Liam, and James and Adam. But in a couple of years, who knows? This house might not be big enough!
