Jemima: Sounds like an old African American woman who makes pancakes
Victoria: I despise this name.
Cassandra: Cassandra Jane is lovely.
Marjana: Sounds like marijuana.
Isabelle/Isabela: I like Isabelle and Izabela.
Noelle: Love it as a middle name. My niece who was born on December 27th was named Gabriella Noelle "Ella".

Jemima - I love it; it's a pity it was the name of a doll in a very well-known Australian kids' show for decades. Because of that it's rarely used here any more.
Victoria - nice but very formal
Cassandra - nice
Marjana - this spelling is nms but I like Mariana
Isabelle/Isabela - I don't really like either of these spellings but I love Isobel
Noelle- nms
