Thanks so much for posting this! It's particularly wonderful that Scotland actually gives the entire list of names used last year, so we can add up spellings that are probably pronounced the same.
I have a question about that. Would
Lewis and
Louis generally be pronounced the same in Scotland? Most Americans would pronounce both of them as "LOO-iss". But being closer to
France, would the Scots pronounce
Louis more like "LOO-ee"?
