I love the name Constance. It's a still-waters-run-deep kind of name. Very refreshing. Being an "old-lady" name is a plus in my old-lady books. :-) The only down side to the name is that I just don't care for the nn Connie.
The variant Constanza, with the nn Stanzi, interests me as well. Do you like Constanza?

Yeah I'm not fond of Connie either. Hahah I like how you described it as "still-waters-run-deep."
I'm not sure about Constanza... I do like the nickname Stanzi a LOT but I think I'd like the effect of Constance more than Constanza... I think Constanza reminds me of names like Natalia that seem sort of over dressed? Hahah I really don't know. It also reminds me of stanzas for writing poetry. Hm... Any other ideas?
