I love Ever Gabo...But I also just love Milla Jovovich! I would use Ever with the nickname Evie, wouldn't Fable and Ever (Fae and Evie) be awesome for sisters?

Lola
Mabel *LOVE!*
Titus Jasper Icarus (this is a pretty good one, if you're risky.)

Sawyer Lucia (like Sawyer better for a girl; good combo.)
Dexter Henry Lorcan (GREAT boy combo--I adore!!)
Harlan James
Jax

The only one I like here is Dolly Rebecca Rose.
Man, these are so weird...and so are celebrities.

These could be anybody's children. Some celebrities choose far out crazy names, and some choose lovely names, and there's everything in-between. It's a bit like the BAs of everyday people really. Celebrities are just people, with varying tastes.ALong with Atlas, Anne Heche also has a son named Homer.

good point.

ExactlyLooking at a very broad list of celeb names there's good, average and bad. I see names as bad as some of those on this list in non celebrity birth announcements all the time. There are many, many nicely named celeb children out there.

it's beyond me...Why somebody of presumably normal intelligence would think it's appropriate to name a child Peanut, legally and not just a private family nickname. How different is that from naming somebody Midget or Pee Wee?And Buster? Give me a freakin' break! That's a lame name even for a dog. Things have come to a pretty pas when kids are named Buster and Peanut and dogs are named stuff like Bailey and Jackson.Doesn't Arizona Star sound like a newspaper? Like the newest competitor to the Arizona Republic?Huckleberry Grylls might make a neat name for a restaurant, but I still say that Huckleberry is and always will be a synonym for hillbilly.

My suspicioun is that at a lot of celebs pick names for their kids with the main purpose of attracting media attention with their outrageous name choices. So they probably know Peanut's considered inapporpriate, but that's exactly why they picked it. The kids will probably grow mainly with other celeb kids with equally weird names and so their names aren't as problematic as they could be.Oh, and doesn't "Scarlet Star" sound like a brand name (maybe for beer)?

I have to admit..that I was actually GLAD to see a celebrity name his child Buster. Reason being, Buster is my ex's name. Well, his name is really Kenneth, but he has gone by Buster his entire life. I was always embarrassed by it. And then when that celebrity couple (whose names I can't even remember right now, and I don't feel like going to look, but I do remember when they chose the name)---where was I?--right, when that celebrity couple chose the name, I was somewhat charmed and Buster suddenly took on a small amount of appeal for me. A small amount. It suddenly seemed sort of--charming I guess, like it's deliberately uncouth and rough, and that has some charm. Sorry to overuse the word charm, I just can't think of a better one. So I hope that little Buster lives a long and healthy life and likes his name!

at least your Buster...Had an actual, perfectly reasonable official name and wasn't just handed Buster, which on its own sounds as if the parents just threw up their hands and said "Oh, who cares?" ther names in this style include Buddy, Boomer, Sissy, Missy, Sonny and Honey.

I think Buster's okay on a kid, even if it does sound a bit like a dog's name. People are named Rex and they survive.I agree completely about the others, especially Huckleberry. Every once in a while, BTNers will pop up claiming to want to name their kid Huckleberry as a fn or mn and I just have to shake my head.

Same hereI find the "I just have to shake my head" response comes in handy. Often. What else can you do? I'd be blue in the face if I took issue with everything I disliked for reasons beyond regular old aesthetic preferences.

Oh yes, Huckleberry. The first time I read a Huckleberry thread, I was expecting everyone to find it as ridiculous as I do. When I only read praise, I was like... O.O. This name is beyond laughable.

in its own small way, it's become tryndee:)

I completely agree..about Huckleberry. It's way worse than Buster. I just CAN'T see how anyone can take Huckleberry seriously.

I agree. How can anyone look at a newborn baby and name them Peanut? It's a person, not a teacup poodle.
