I find Natalie trite and Natasha fluffy. Natalia just doesn't work for me at all - too long and goes nowhere.
If you love Natasha enough to use it, I think the mn position would be safer. It will be shortened, and the short forms are dire.
I know a Natasha Lucy who decided as a teenager to call herself Lucy.
