There hasn't been one of these for awhile, so here goes. I already have an extensive list of children waiting to be adopted from other games I've played, so you won't have to wait long for me to post (unless I'm sleeping, of course).
Also, please note that you may not get exactly the child you were hoping for--they could be from a different (though nearby) country, be a different gender, or a different age than what you're looking for.
