I think it's gorgeous! Seems like an original variant spelling of
Eleanor (which is itself a variant spelling if I remember correctly). Looking at it I'm inclined to pronounce it either as "AY-lee-uh-nore" or "AL-lee-uh-nore (like the A in apple)", but I think pronunciations would be pretty divided. I like Alianora even more, but names ending in R have a tendency to strike me as abrupt, so that's probably just my own bias sinking in.
