I love Celia. It's so crisp and clean. I suppose I pronounce it "SEEL-yuh," but there isn't much difference between the two pronunciations when I say them anyway.
Of course classic Celia belongs in the same blood line as August, Dorian and Maisie. But if you should happen to run out of birth control and need more female names, how about:
Adele, Evelyn, Virginia, Hazel, Anne (Nan?), Daphne / Laura / Laurel, Ellen (Nell?), Julie, Bryony, Jessamine, Glynis, Bridget, Nora.
Could I interest you in Marjorie instead of Maisie? I love Maisie too, don't get me wrong. But for some reason I see Celia and Marjorie together and to do that I have to blow up Maisie. :-)
