Question. When you pronounce Johanna the English way, is it Jo-anna or Jo-hannah?

Jo + Hanna

I had a friend Johanna as a kid who pronounced her name that way, so that's the way I've always said it. I'm not sure how my friend pronounced her daughter's name, I've never heard her speak it.

Jo-anna would just be Joanna to me.
