I love Dorothea (prefer Dorotea) and Patience Dorothea is a great combo, imo. The Marie at the end seems unnecessary, not to mention such a cliche.

Me too. Marie Theodora is a favorite combo for me. I can see Marie Dorothea Patience, called Patience, too. :-)
