I like Penelope but not either of those middle names, Lily just doesn't sound right and Phyllis is so old fashioned! Penny is a cute nickname.

Paddy is too much of a nickname, and so is Joe so this whole name just seems too short. Patrick Joseph would be much nicer.

I really like Penelope Phyllis "Penny" and Persephone Olive, as well as sister Hecate.

Paloma Alexandra - not the best flow, too frilly for my taste & a mouthful. But Cosima & Paloma as sisters is gorgeous!!
Penelope Lily - not the best flow but the names do complement each other well
Penelope Phyllis ‘Penny’ - I don't like Phyllis; it is so old & nasally but Penelope "Penny" is very sweet
Persephone Olive - nmsaa but very interesting
Phoebe Jo - ehh. I don't really like Jo
Pippa Beatrice Santos - Pippa Beatrice is lovely. Very nice sibset: Jemima, William and Pippa
Pippa May - cute but also has a maturity to it
Poppy Louise - sweet
Poppy Rose - nice but not crazy about the flower theme
