During the past five years, things have changed slightly for the Fosters. Jakob is now almost entirely on his solo career, J.A.C.K. having been on hiatus for the past few years, only making a "Best Hits" album in the space of three years. Lia is still relatively active in her career, including finishing the trilogy in which she starred in. She has managed to re-connect with one of her old friends from her early theatre days, and is now part of the West End cast for a revival of Jekyll and Hyde, as Emma Carew.
But, there were three significant happenings in the past years. One, Jakob and Lia finally got married four years ago. Jakob realised that Lia was really dreaming of a fairytale wedding, and he decided to help her achieve her dream. They got married in a small church in a secluded area, with exclusive guests and Lia in the princess-y dress she always dreamt of. Two, Winnie has begun to attempt acting. While she has little interest in music, unlike her brother Lennon (who rather lives up to his name, if only a bit), she has tried to follow her mother's footsteps by pretending to be Dorothy from Oz all the time. At last, she was auditioned for a film version of the musical, and after a long time practising her singing skills, she got the role.
And three: Jakob and Lia are expecting another child.
Since it was their first in five years, the media got rather excited again. And as before, the family swiftly relocated to their Caribbean island home, hiding out for as long as they can. At last, the child was born: another baby girl. Nadine Vesper Rosalina was named with more ease than her siblings now that her parents have found their usual compromise style. Her first name, Nadine, was so chosen when Jakob realised their children all had six-letter names with two Ns in them (Winona, Lennon, and Vienna), and Lia agreed to give her a first name that follows the inadvertent pattern. As before, Jakob chose the first middle name, this time Vesper, and Lia chose the second middle name, Rosalina. But this time Lia wasn't alone, as her old friend suggested the name to her (her old friend who, incidentally, played Jekyll/Hyde opposite her on West End). Nadine was a happy baby, gurgling cheerfully all the time, with wide brown eyes taking in the world.
