The way congrats games work is this: in the sign-up round, you make a couple. Each new round, you'll get a child, who you will name using either rules I'll give with each round or lists I'll give (Nymbler is another name website). One of the players I allowed to have children they took in, but each congrats game is the beginning of a new family. Does that help?

Giovanni and Violetta are from a small town in south Italy. They are unhappy with Benito Mussilini and are having difficulty making money. They are going to move to Boston to make more money and start a family.
