Help[Opinions] forgot to add the nicknames I need help with

Nicknames I love that I'm unsure of full names for:
Billie - considered Wilhelmina, but that's a lotta name! (My great grandpa was Wilburn "Bill")
Evie - I love Eve, but I'm still not sure. Dislike Evelyn and Eva
Frankie - considered Francesca, but I'm not Italian
Lola - Lorelei? Or is this one tooo dog-ish?
Poppy - considered Penelope and Persephone, unsure which of these work better or if either works.
Romy - Romilly is my number one for this nickname, but everyone irl hates it
Savvy - Savannah used to be my #1 until the burst of popularity. I still love Savvy though.
**Nicknames are really a big deal in my family, so the kid would often be called by their nick.
