I prefer Eulalia, as most names ending with "ee" sounds seem unfinished to me. Regardless of how it ends, I think the English pronounciation (lay) is much nicer - yoo-la-lee sounds a bit like a French person saying "your lolly" ;) Eulalie Adele

Eulalie Helene (using the he-LEEN pronunciation. A little tongue-twistery, but I like it!)
