Is this a list of all the babies born at the hospital in 2012?
Or is this a partial list?
When I think of it as a list of all the babies born in 2012, it seems it surely can't be. They are almost all so ... bad. But then there is the occasional name that is decent, such as Elsa Frances or Jane Carol.
But then if I think of it as a selected list of names that stood out as, to put it kindly, unusual, why would the "decent" ones be there?
So which is it?? For the sake of my sanity, I'm hoping it's just a selected list. Surely the world couldn't have gone this far off-plumb.
