Help[Opinions] Re: Which names would you avoid simply because you dislike the nicknames?

Madeleine - I love Madeleine, but I really dislike Maddie.
Susannah - I dislike Susie, but there are other nickname possibilities, such as Annie, so Susie isn't a must.
Samantha - I don't really care for Sam.
David - I don't care for Dave.
Victoria - I dislike Vicky. I like Tori, though.
Tabitha - I dislike Tabby.
Gabrielle - I dislike Gabby.
I would still consider Madeleine and Gabrielle as middle names.
