Help[Opinions] Benjamin & Sarah
I was talking to my niece today and she stated that I should name the baby Benjamin if it was a boy, Sarah if it was a girl. While this isn't going to happen (my brother is Benjamin, his ex-wife is Sarah) I discovered that I really, really like the names. I know they're really common and boring to people, but I dig them. What do you guys think?

Anyways I think they are sweet together, very homey and simple in a comfortingly flat sort of way. I was just thinking the other day that Sarah is actually quite a beautiful name, I just never really noticed because it's so common.

They're boring, but sweet. Sarah is more overused though - I think it needs a break. Benjamin I'm not yet sick of though.

I like Benjamin, especially with "Ben," a good bit. Sarah's sound is pretty, and I love Sally, but it bores me. I know too many, and now it's starting to have that old bleached out 80s feel to it, too.

I might use Benajmin, NN Ben/Benny/Benji, but never Sarah. I've known more Sarahs than any other name on the planet, so even though I like it a lot, I would never use it.

I find them boring, but they go together well. I've never really been able to warm up to Benjamin because I don't really care for the sound of it and dislike the nickname Ben.
Sarah is pretty. I'm more in favor of the spelling Sara, though.

I like them, in much the same way I like vanilla icecream. Boring but still tasty.

I grew up with tons of Benjamins "Bens" and Sarahs in my classes at secondary school, so the names are nothing special to me at all. Though I guess one thing goes in their favour: they're strong, easy to say, and easy to spell. I guess you can't really go wrong with a Ben and Sarah. :)

Well my name is Sarah, so I will defend it to the end! It is a nice classic name with a sweet meaning and Benjamin is equally as classic and nice imo.

I particularly like Sarah. Benjamin is fine, though I wouldn't use it formy child, it's too long, with our 4-syllable last name.
