common childrens's word for vulva (the most common word used by children nowadays is probably
snippa); I've never heard about girls called Fia being teased for their name. So being called Fia in Sweden is not like being called
Fanny in England. Fia is a common nn. It's probably most commonly associated with this board game (called Fia in Swedish):
