It's not too Christmassy, it's fine. Personally I don't like it because of the word NO at the front of it, which I just can't overlook in this name. No Elle, no well... I dunno, I just don't like it. (sorry)

It's fine- it's not for everyone, honestly I love Noelle mainly because of the Elle part but I feel like Elle can be too plain at times!
