No, really not. Sounds completely different (mind you when I saw your first post I imagined 'ah' to be a long a sound, more like I suppose you would say 'aw')

Hahaha -ah would indicate a short sound for me :P But do you really separate the Y and the first syllable so much? I mean would it sounds like the word guy with an A but with a pause? GUY-a? Sounds so odd to me unless you say it quickly and then to me it sounds like GAH-ya but with a short ah, maybe more like GUY-ya or GIE-a ahhh I can't explain this very well :P

The only thing is add an audio pronounciation...for all names!
Every name has "pronounced" but also with the guide is too confusing. And also some names has not that at all.
