Anne is such an awesome name! Beautiful in its simplicity, which is rare in a name.
I’d pair her with a more elaborate, but still sensible, middle:

Yes - beautiful in its simplicity. If a middle name would be added I agree with your suggestion for one with an elaborate number of distinct syllables, which will also allow for numerous pet name variations - adding distinction into a longer, more formal title.
Another idea might be to drop the idea of a middle name entirely - to let the grandeur of its simplicity stand. Heck one might even drop the surname.
