Annie and Willa together seem kind of rural hipster and/or pleasantly minimalist.
I feel like Susannah Ruth has more backbone than Susannah Audrey, and I prefer Elizabeth over Caroline, but that's mainly for Eliza.
Susannah "Annie" seems less natural to me than _______ Wilson "Willa", especially if neither Susannah or Annie are honoring? Can't say I like it much.

Yes minimalist! To me, however, this is a positive notion.
Susan, Suzanne, & Susannah - at least to me - are utterly beautiful: yet there is little reason to "wear 'Susannah' out" through an all-too-common frequency of daily use.
