I'm not fond of it, personally, but I admire how interesting it looks. It sounds like a dainty teenager from the 1850s but also an 80 year old woman in the 1970s.
Also wan't this Cilla Black's full name? I always thought she (in name only, Priscilla Black) would fit very well into the Black family tree (Harry Potter) alongside Bellatrix Black, Narcissa Black and Andromeda Black as a fourth sister.

Cilla Black’s full name is Priscilla Maria Veronica “Cilla”.

And I always thought she started out as Priscilla White, but that could be an urban legend.

Looked it up and found this quote "He suggested her stage name (changing White to Black), so she and her family could keep their privacy." which is a legitimate reason for the seemingly odd change
