Suppose they did it to force a pronunciation? I mean... I can understand
Some people say Zow rather than Zo-ee with Zoe so that's part of the reason I prefer Zoey over Zoe, that and it looks more complete to me but
Xzavier looks like a typo by somebody who wasn't sure how to spell Xavier. Looks like they went with Zavier but then they were told it's Xavier, and they were not careful about correcting the word and ended up with Xzavier. I don't think it looks good
It's not the worst though but I'd have just gone with Xavier
