I love Roderick and Roland! I have them on my name list and have used them for the middle names of my hypothetical children.
Peregrine and Hamish are fun and remind me of lovable book characters in "Lord of the Rings" and "Sherlock Holmes."
Tess is short, sweet, and vivacious.
Evangeline is on my top 10 this time too.
Ottilie is interesting. Before I started visiting this site, I don't remember seeing it. I would very much like to encounter an Ottilie in the wild.
I struggle to picture Novella on a person. It makes me think of a short story, but it does have a namey feel.
