I think
Patricia makes a good MN. It's a well-worn classical name like
Victoria but currently has more of a funky retro vibe like
Tabitha might. I don't like it as a first name really, but I am fond of
Trisha and
Patrice.
I think
Sherry has a broader appeal than names like
Brandy or Hennessy, so I personally wouldn't fixate on the alcohol association. I've known 3 Sherrys, and they were all from different countries. That said, I prefer
Shireen.

I like
Patricia best with funky or modern names, prefer
Sherry with more classic names. They work as a double MN, although the repeated SH bugs me a smidge, which is avoided with
Sherilyn Patrice (but I feel like that lacks some of the charm of
Sherry /
Patricia).
