I've been thinking about Deborah a lot lately. I know many will dismiss it as dated and dull, but it sounds refreshingly staid to me, especially in the sea of Lunas, Camilas, and Everleighs. I also like Devorah (and even Devra, like a Hebraization of Debra).
I suppose I started favoring Deborah after my fried told me that her friend, a 30-year-old named Roberta "Birdie," named her daughter Deborah "Didi" (unsure of the nickname's spelling) in honor of an ailing relative.
