As a given name, Hank is a no-go for me. Even as a nickname, it has a very unpleasant sound, especially consider names it is often attached to: Henry and John. (Both are bland and overused, but at least sound like complete names, versus an obvious pet name.
Scipio is more interesting, at least, but it's so obscure that I would be shocked to see it in any kind of regular usage.
Together? I think I'd wonder what kind of general style choices this family makes.
