Most of these are more frilly than elegant to me. They are beautiful certainly, but fussy rather than elegant, which has a sleeker kind of energy. Celeste is probably the most elegant one here, in my books.
I'm with Anneza; shorter, cleaner versions of some of these names are definitely elegant (Isabel or Isobel, Vivian, Gabriela, Juliet).

What's the difference between frilly and elegant?
Simple! Elegant is not frilly; frilly is not elegant. Frills are intended to be decorative, and get added on as an afterthought - think a 1930s dressing table or chest of drawers, full of and covered with little embroidered cloths with crochet-lace edges. Elegance is more minimalist.
Oh, interesting. I always thought it was elegant names I like, but I guess it’s frilly ones I like.
