I think it's important for siblings to have names that are cohesive and complement each other. They should have names that sound good together and be well matched in style. It's important to give siblings their own names with different initials and endings. I think it's even more vital for twins because they're often thought of as a pair rather than two individuals. So please, no twins named
Timmy &
Kimmy. You and your husband can each write down 10-20 favourite names on a piece of paper. Then compare your lists. You may find you both like some of the same names or have totally different styles. Decide what style is most prevalent, then do some research on the Internet to make a comprehensive list. Another option is to buy a baby name book to peruse at your own pace. After you gather a list, you are always welcome to come back here and ask for our opinions on your names.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
