Where does "Kvedara" come from? It's not on the site. I put it on there for now but it definitely needs more information.

It actually comes from "Kvedaras", which (I was surprised to find) is an old Lithuanian form of Theodore. It may be borrowed from (if not, cognate to) Belarusian Хведор (Khvedor) or Ukrainian Хведір (Khvedir) which are also old forms of Theodore in those languages.
