It's a lovely name, I adore its versatility. It's one of my favourite forms along with Katherina, Catarina, Katrine, Kateri and Ketevan.

I love it, it’s related to my name(Katherine), and I also adore the Italian version, Caterina.

Probably OK in its natural habitat. But there are way too many Catherine, Katharine, Kathleen, Catrina, Katie, Cathy etc, etc names for me to be able to look at it with fresh eyes. It's just another one of the crowd.

Adore this name. I think it's stunning and lovely in lots of languages.

I think it’s a beautiful name for a girl. I also like the nickname Katya.

Where I am from it is short for Yekaterina. But it is also used by some people who are in places where there are many Russian speaker people and Ukrainian speaker people, because Yekaterina + Kateryna = Katerina. So I seen in used as full name too. Or Kateryna as full name which is enough similar to Katerina.
