[Surname] Shylinh (uk: Шилінг)
Yosyp Shylinh was a hero of Euromaidan. Where does Shylinh come from? I think it is German (Ukrainianised) but maybe I am wrong. If I am correct what surname is this from?https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A8%D0%B8%D0%BB%D1%96%D0%BD%D0%B3_%D0%99%D0%BE%D1%81%D0%B8%D0%BF_%D0%9C%D0%B8%D1%85%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87

This is obviously a ukrainised form of the frequent German name Schilling. The meaning is derived from the coin named Schilling (also the Austrian currency before the Euro), For more information on Schilling seeHeuser, Rita, Schilling, in: Digitales Familiennamenwörterbuch Deutschlands,
