I don't like Dewi, but Dewey is better. I like Hugh but might prefer Hughes. I like Louis (especially if it's pronounced like -loo-is). If it's pronounced like Louie, then it is too close to Dewi for my liking. Hugh is not as close, which seems odd... shouldn't they all be close or none of them should be that close? I think naming kids after fictional characters is already entering rocky waters, but you're going down a waterfall if it's a bunch of diminutives - the names of fictional children or animals, no less.
I would do something like Hughes, Lucius and Stewart if I wanted to keep the long O theme going, though.
