I don't know anyone personally named Ailyn, but there certainly have been Hispanic girls born in the USA named Ailin and Ailyn the last few years. Ailin, Ailinn, and Ailyn are simply ways to spell Eileen that represent the normal English pronunciation of the name (eye-leen) to speakers of Spanish and Portuguese.
