A little bit complicated, but fun! For all of these, if you don't have or know the name of the specified person, use the nearest equivalent :-) Put the names you've adapted from in brackets after
DH:
fn = masculine version of one of your great-grandmothers' names
mn = your father's middle name
DW:
fn = feminine version of your paternal grandfather's name
mn = variation of your mother's eldest sister's name (or brother if she has no sisters)
DD:
fn = variation of your mother's name
mn = feminine version of your maternal grandfather's name
DS:
fn = masculine version of your paternal grandmother's name
mn = your father's name
DS:
fn = variation of your mother's brother's name
mn = variation of your father's brother's name
DD:
fn = feminine version of one of your great-grandfathers' names
mn = your maternal grandmother's name
Have fun! I'll do mine separately :-)
