I am wondering about the following surnames - what their origins are exactly and their meanings.

Soules - apparently it's French, according to my family
Volkov - a Bulgarian surname in my family
Yunker - apparently this is Polish

Does anyone know for sure where these are from and what their meanings are??? Any help would be MUCH appreciated!! :)
