Help[Opinions] Kirsten/Kiersten/Kjerstin
This has slowly but surely found it's way to the top of my girls' list, and I'm still amazed it was able to do that. I remember when Kirsten Dunst first became popular when I was a kid, I actually grimaced when I heard her name on TV. Tastes really DO change.
Anyway, I love it now, and I was wondering which spelling you prefer. I like all three, but I'm afraid that Kirsten would constantly be misread as Kristen. Nothing wrong with Kristen, but that wouldn't be her name. Kiersten might solve the problem, but I think the spelling might look a bit silly. Kjerstin is the Norwegian spelling, so my husband loves it, but I'm thinking it might cause pronunciation/spelling problems.
So, WDYT? Oh, and what is your overall opinion of the name? Thanks, guys. :)
