I like both. I would LOVE Heather if it weren't for the 80's thing. It's a plant name, it sounds soft and wild, images of Scottish moors, all that cool stuff. But... the 80's-ness... dammit, 80's parents! You ruined "Heather"!! lol
But Cecily is pretty and it sounds medieval to me, so that's good too.
